摘　　要：骨质疏松症的发生率越来越高,而且主要发生在老年群体中,给老年人的生活带来了很大的影响,这引起了医学界的关注,为了能够降低骨质疏松症的发生率,进一步提升患者的生活质量,专家提出了OP健康管理的概念,通过采取OP健康管理模式,对骨质疏松症的主要危险因素进行分析,向患者宣传相关的疾病防治知识,从而达到降低疾病发生率的目的。因此该文主要是对中医药治疗骨质疏松症的进展进行分析,并且对健康管理的进展进行分析。The incidence of osteoporosis is higher and higher,mainly occurs in the elderly,patients＇ clinical symptoms,and patients are often accompanied by varying degrees of low back pain and other symptoms,and at the same time after a long time after treatment,patients prone to severe psychological anxiety,so as to have a big impact on patients life,serious and even threaten the patient＇s life,to a large extent reduce the patient＇s life quality.Caused the attention of the medical profession,in order to reduce the incidence of osteoporosis,further improve the quality of life of patients,puts forward the concept of the OP health management experts,by adopting the OP health management model,analyze the major risk factors for osteoporosis,publicity related to the patient＇s disease prevention and control knowledge,so as to reduce the incidence of the disease.So this article mainly analyzes the progress of TCM in the treatment of osteoporosis,and to analyze the progress of the health management.
