摘　　要：目的探讨提高微生物标本检验准确率的有效措施,为患者后期疾病诊疗提供有价值的参考信息。方法选取2013年1—12月期间该院实验室收集的检验标本1 000例,并将其设为对照组。自2014年1月起该院加强实验室管理,从标本收集开始进行各环节有效的干预,并选取此阶段内的1 000例标本作为观察组,对比两次微生物标本检验准确率。结果由该调查结果可知,进行实验室干预后,观察组各项标本的检验准确率均呈明显上升趋势,与未干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范标本采集过程,及时对标本进行送检,提高检验人员的水平对提高微生物标本检验准确率具有重要的临床意义。该干预措施具有可行性及有效性,可进行广泛使用,为患者后期的诊疗提供有价值的参考信息。Objective To study the effective measures to improve specimens of microbial inspection accuracy, late for patients with disease diagnosis and provide valuable reference information. Methods Choose between January 2013 and December, during the college laboratory test specimens collected 1 000 cases, and it is set to the control group. Since January2014, our hospital in order to strengthen the management of laboratory, starting from the specimens collected each link of effective intervention, and at this stage in 1 000 cases of specimens as observation group, compared two specimens of microbial inspection accuracy. Results By the survey results, the laboratory after the intervention, each specimen inspection accuracy are in observation group was obviously rising trend, compared with before intervention differences statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Standard specimen collection process, timely inspection was carried out on the specimen, improve the level of inspection personnel to improve the microbial specimens inspection accuracy has important clinical significance.This intervention has the feasibility and effectiveness, can be widely used for patients with late diagnosis and provide valuable reference information.
