医院超声科检查结果存在的问题与解决措施分析

摘　　要：超声检查在临床上应用较广,对于疾病的诊断有较大的作用,现笔者通过整理分析来院体检并应用超声检查的体检者的临床资料,并结合其他检查与之作比较,并跟踪调查患者的最终诊断与治疗情况。对因超声检查出现的问题进行记录、统计并分析,同时对其出现的问题积极控制并解决。该文首先从大体上对于体检人员进行登记包括年龄、性别、职业、有无过敏和疾病史等进行了解,并询问待体检人员是否为初次体检及体检的次数和每次体检的间隔时间等,并对体检人员进行电话回访,发放问卷调查并及时记录其反馈的信息;其次从待体检者体检的部位、体检的方法、体检者的配合度及其与医生的交流及沟通情况进行统计并将其结果与上次体检结果或临床最终诊断结果进行比较分析;最后对超声检查结果与临床上和上次诊断结果不一致的将再一次检查,并对超声检查结果出现的问题进行补救,研究其控制的方法与措施。Ultrasonic examination is widely used in clinic,and it has a great effect on the diagnosis of diseases.The author has analyzed the clinical data of the medical examination by means of the examination and the clinical data of the patients,and compared with other tests.The statistics on the record,due to bounce checks problems and analysis,and the problems of positive control and solve.This paper from the general physical examination personnel for registration included age,gender,occupation,there are no allergic disease history and to understand,and asked whether the first to medical staff physical examination and examination of the number and the interval time of each examination,and then return to power of medical personnel,questionnaire survey and timely record the feedback information from the physical examination;secondly to the position,examination method,examination of the coordination and communication with doctors and communication of statistics and the results of the previous examination results or clinical final diagnosis results were compared and analyzed;finally,the bounce test results and clinical diagnosis and last inconsistent results to remedy problems once again and check the bounce test results,study the control methods and measures.
