医院安全保卫工作面临的问题和解决对策探究

摘　　要：医院是保证群众生命健康的重要部门。近年来与医院有关的安全与治安问题呈上升趋势,医患纠纷、火灾,甚至针对患者的偷盗事件越来越受到社会的关注与重视。随着医疗体系的进步与完善,医院安保工作面临着重大的挑战。由于医院具有开放性强、人群流动性广的特点,更是要做好医院安全保卫工作,提高工作质量,加强管理,为就医者提供稳定的就医环境。该文就医院安全保卫工作现状,结合新形势下医院安全保卫工做面临的问题,提出了几点对策,希望对医院管理体系完善,改善医院环境起到作用。Hospital is crucial to people＇s life and health departments. In recent years, safety and security problems related to the hospital is on the rise, doctor-patient disputes, fire, even against theft of patients with the more and more social attention. With the progress of medical system and perfect, the hospital security faces significant challenges. Because the hospital has the characteristics of strong openness, wide crowd liquidity, but also to the hospital the security work, improve the work quality, strengthen management, provide visitors with a stable environment. In this paper, the hospital security work status quo, combined with hospital security work under the new situation are faced with the problem, puts forward some countermeasures, hope to hospital management system perfect, improving hospital environment play a role.
