摘　　要：输血科是医院的供血机构,是近期从检验科室分离出来的新科室,具有保证输血质量的重要作用。良好的血液贮存管理可以第一时间为患者的治疗提供血液,促进患者尽快康复。确保输血安全,是全面质量管理的重要环节。该研究介绍了医院输血科血液贮存管理应注意的方面,介绍了当前我国医院中输血科血液贮存管理主要存在的问题以及改进措施。血液的贮存管理应该得到卫生部门和医疗机构的重视,为广大患者提供一个良好的医疗条件。Department of blood transfusion is hospital blood collection agencies, recently isolated from the inspection department of Xinke room, having importance in ensuring the quality of blood transfusion. Good blood storage management can be the first time to provide patients with the treatment of blood, and promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible. To ensure the safety of blood transfusion is an important part of total quality management. In this paper, we introduce the management of hospital blood transfusion, and introduce the main problems and the improvement measures of the management of the blood storage in the hospital. The storage management of blood should be paid more attention by the health department and medical institutions, and provide a good condition for the patients.
