摘　　要：目的探讨五指毛桃颗粒剂的制备工艺。方法对主药、辅料用量、干燥温度、鉴别、一般性检查进行考察。结果主药与辅料配比1:2、糊精与糖粉比例为2:1、干燥温度为70℃为宜;鉴别准确,一般性考察结果在规定范围内。结论五指毛桃颗粒剂制备工艺方法可行,适合大规模生产。Objective To investigate the preparation technology of Radix Fici simplicissimae granules.Methods To study of the main drug,the amount of excipients, drying temperature, differential,general inspection.Results Main drugs and excipients ratio of 1：2,dextrin,powdered sugar 2：1 is better.The drying temperature of 70 ℃ is better to identify accurately.General study results within a predetermined range.Conclusion Radix Fici simplicissimae granule preparation method is feasible, suitable for mass production.
