摘 要:一个优良的森林资源管理信息系统应当满足这些需求:能够提供多样快速精确的分析和及时地更新数据的功能,及时获取森林资源的现实情况和动态变化,提高林业经营管理的效能。采取省、市(县)共建共享的建设原则,以森林资源"一张图"和基础信息数据库为核心,以林业信息化技术为依托,以运行环境和保障体系为重点,建成多级联动、安全稳定、覆盖全省的森林资源管理信息系统,通过六个子系统实现省、市、县三级的数据更新与共享。该文主要介绍了系统顶层设计与实现。A good forest resources management information system should satisfy the following requirements:the ability to provide a variety of fast and accurate analysis and timely update data,and timely access to the status and dynamics of forest resources,to improve the performance of forestry management.With provincial and city(county)sharing construction principles,"one map"of forest resources and basic information database as the core,forestry information technology as the technical basis,the operational environment and the security system as the focus,the forest resource management information system is built,which possesses such features as multi-level interaction,security and stability.Data updating and sharing of three levels(provincial,municipal and county)can be achieved through six sub-systems.The paper mainly introduces the system's top-level design and implementation.
