全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床价值进行客观比对的同时,进一步研究适合老年股骨颈骨折病人的术式。方法采取回顾性分析法选择该院骨科2005年12月—2013年12月接收的150例老年股骨颈骨折病人(实验组),选择全髋关节置换术;同期选择100例老年股骨颈骨折病人(对照组)作为对照,选择半髋关节置换,对两组入选患者的临床效果进行客观对比。结果该研究中实验组入选患者优良率98.67%,对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。结论在老年股骨颈骨折病人治疗中推行全髋关节置换术意义重大,可推广。Objective To objectively compare the clinical efficacy between total hip arthroplasty and semi-hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly, and further study the appropriate operation for the disease. Methods 150 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated by total hip arthroplasty and other 100 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated by semi-hip arthroplasty in Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from December 2005 to December 2013 were randomly selected as the experimental group and the control group, respectively. And the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared objectively. Results In this study, the excellent and good rate of treatment effect was much higher in the experimental group than that in the control group（98.67% vs 80.00%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty is of great significance in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly, which can be popularized.
