巴德后入路补片在腹股沟复发疝行无张力疝修补术中运用

摘　　要：目的探讨巴德Kugel补片后入路修补在复发性腹股沟疝行无张力疝修补术中的应用效果。方法研究对象整群选取于该院2013年10月—2014年10月收治的68例复发性腹股沟疝患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组均采用无张力疝修补术治疗,对照组使用UHS补片;观察组采用巴德Kugel后入路补片。统计两组患者手术时间、手术区视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)及术后住院天数,观察两组术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间(36.78±11.36)min、VAS评分(3.13±1.02)分及术后住院天数(5.78±0.64)d均少于对照组(P<0.05);较对照组,观察组术后并发症发生率8.82%低,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴德Kugel补片后入路修补运用于复发性腹股沟疝行无张力疝修补术,疗效安全可靠。Objective To observe the application effect of bard Kugel posterior approach repair in the tension-free hernia repair in treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia. Methods 68 cases of patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups,both groups were treated with tension-free hernia repair, the control group were treated with UHS patch, the observation group were treated with bard Kugel posterior approach patch, the operation time, visual analogue scale（VAS） in the field of operation and postoperative hospitalized day of the two groups were counted, the postoperative occurrence of complications of the two groups was observed. Results The operation time, VAS score and postoperative hospitalized day were respectively（36.78±11.36）min,（3.13±1.02）points and（5.78±0.64）d, which were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group by comparison.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of bard Kugel posterior approach repair in the tension-free hernia repair in treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia is safe and reliable.
