摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔注射液治疗脑梗塞的临床效果。方法整群选取2012年12月—2015年3月医院收治的脑梗塞患者274例,分成对照组137例给予丹参注射液治疗,观察组137例给予前列地尔注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组有效率为94.9%,无不良反应发生,对照组有效率为75.9%,不良反应发生率为8%,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液治疗脑梗塞临床效果满意,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Alprostadil Injection treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Selected December 2012 to 2015 March Hospital of cerebral infarction in patients with 274 cases were divided into control group（137 cases） show the alprostadil injection treatment given Danshen injection treatment, the observation group（137cases）. To compare the therapeutic effects of two groups and adverse reactions. Results The observation group was 94.9%,no adverse reaction occurred, the control group was 75.9%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 8%, the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil Injection treatment of cerebral infarction with satisfactory clinical effect, worthy of application.
