探讨糖皮质激素与N-乙酰半胱氨酸应用在特发性肺纤维化患者治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的剖析给予IPF(特发性肺纤维化)病人N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸和GCS(糖皮质激素)的价值。方法在该院2010年11月—2015年11月收治的IPF病人中随机抽取82例,分两组,第一组使用GCS,第二组联合使用N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸和GCS,对比治疗效果。结果第一组总有效率68.29%,第二组90.24%,满足P<0.05;第一组产生3例并发症,第二组2例,不满足P<0.05。结论同时给予IPF病人N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸和GCS效果佳,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the value of glucocorticoids and N-acetyl-L-cysteine in treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods 82 cases of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2015 were extracted and divided into two groups, the first group were treated with glucocorticoids, the second group were treated with glucocorticoids combined with N-acetyl-L-cysteine, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was 68.29% in the first group and 90.24% in the second group, which met P〈0.05, complications occurred to 3 cases in the first group and 2 cases in the second group, which did not meet P〈0.05. Conclusion Glucocorticoids combined with N-acetyl-L-cysteine in treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has a good effect and a higher application value.
