牙周基础联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析牙周基础联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2014年10月—2015年10月中国石油中心医院收治的79例糖尿病性牙周炎患者临床资料,按不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(34例)予以牙周基础治疗,研究组(45例)在对照组基础上采用替硝唑胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、附着丧失、松动度变化情况,及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗后菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、附着丧失、松动度(0.86±0.21)、(0.80±0.23)、(1.93±0.51)mm及(1.06±0.37)mm均优于对照组(1.06±0.41)、(1.23±0.33)、(3.16±0.47)mm及(1.39±0.41)mm,比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组治疗后3例(6.67%)服用药物中出现恶心、纳差及金属味,对照组无不良反应,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙周基础联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果显著,值得临床运用。Objective To analyze the effect and security of initial periodontal combined with Tinidazole Capsules treatment for diabetic periodontitis. Methods The clinical data of 79 cases of patients with diabetic periodontitis admitted and treated in the China National Petroleum Center Hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, the control group（34 cases）were given initial periodontal treatment, the research group（45 cases）were given tinidazole capsules on the basis of the control group, and the plaque index, sulcular bleeding index, attachment loss, mobility changes and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The plaque index, sulcular bleeding index, attachment loss and mobility in the research group were better than those in the control group,（0.86±0.21）,（0.80±0.23）,（1.93±0.51）mm and（1.06±0.37）mm vs（1.06±0.41）,（1.23±0.33）,（3.16±0.47）mm and（1.39±0.41）mm, and the differences had statistical significance by comparison,（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the adverse reactions such as nausea, anorexia and metallic taste occurred to 3 cases in the research group in taking medications, there was no adverse reaction in the control group, and the difference was not obvious by comparison,（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of initial periodontal combined with tinidazole capsules treatment for diabetic periodontitis is obvious, which is worth promotion in clinic.
