梨状肌综合征的针刀治疗和针刺治疗效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较梨状肌综合征的针刀治疗和针刺治疗效果。方法随机把整群选取的67个梨状肌综合征患者分成两组:针刀和针刺组并治疗,针刀组35个,针刺组32个。按照改良的Macnab腰腿痛评分标准评定疗效。结果处理结束1周时,比较有效率:针刀组为91.43%,针刺组为78.13%;比较优良率:针刀组为85.71%,针刺组为34.38%。处理结束1个月时,比较有效率:针刀组为93.94%,针刺组为77.42%;比较优良率:针刀组为87.88%,针刺组为32.26%。处理结束3个月时,比较有效率:针刀组为96.97%,针刺组为75.86%;比较优良率:针刀组为90.91%,针刺组为31.03%。经χ2检验,处理结束1周时、1个月时有效率差异显著性检查,P>0.05,提示差异无统计学意义;处理结束3个月时有效率差异显著性检查,P<0.05,提示差异有统计学意义,远期针刀组明显优于针刺组。结论针刀是治疗梨状肌综合征的有效方法。Objective To compare the effect of acupotome and acupuncture in treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods67 cases of patients with piriformis syndrome were randomly divided into the acupotome group with 35 cases and the acupuncture group with 32 cases, the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated according to the modified Macnab lumbocrural pain evaluation standard. Results At the end of 1 week of treatment, the effective rate was 91.43% in the acupotome group and 78.13% in the acupuncture group, the excellent and good rate was 85.71% in the acupotome group and 34.38% in the acupuncture group, at the end of 1 month of treatment, the effective rate was 93.94% in the acupotome group and 77.42% in the acupuncture group, the excellent and good rate was 87.88% in the acupotome group and 32.26%in the acupuncture group, at the end of 3 months of treatment, the effective rate was 96.97% in the acupotome group and75.86% in the acupuncture group, the excellent and good rate was 90.91% in the acupotome group and 31.03% in the acupuncture group, the chi-square test χ^2reminded that there was no obvious difference in the effective rate at the end of 1week and 1 month of treatment P〉0.05, there was an obvious difference in the effective rate at the end of 3 months of treatment, P〈0.05, the effective rate in the acupotome group was obviously better than that in the acupuncture group in the long-term. Conclusion Acupotome is an effective method of the treatment of piriformis syndrome.
