摘  要:中性束注入加热(NBI)是托卡马克(EAST)实验装置中最重要的辅助加热手段之一,射频离子源是等离子体物理研究所NBI系统在研究的关键部件.为准确地诊断等离子体参数,本文以PXI为平台,设计了一套射频离子源探针信号采集系统.硬件部分针对等离子体产生过程中1MHz射频干扰问题,设计了一个4阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器.软件部分以Lab VIEW作为开发平台,对探针信号进行实时采集和处理.处理后的数据在GUI界面上显示,并存储在本地硬盘.该系统的实现可以有效解决射频离子源测试试验中的干扰问题,提高获取数据的准确度,为射频等离子体放电调试提供更为可靠的依据.Neutral beam injection(NBI)heating is one of the most important auxiliary heating means of Tokamak(EAST)experiment device, and the RF ion source is the crucial part of the research of NBI system in institute of plasma physics.In order to diagnose the plasma parameters accurately, a Langmuir probe signal acquisition system is designed by using PXI as the platform in this paper. In the hardware part, it is mainly aimed at the problem of the interference of the 1MHz RF source in the process of producing plasma, so a 4th-order Butterworth low-pass filter is designed. The software part,which is based on Lab VIEW, is designed to acquire and process the probe signal real-timely. The processed data is displayed on the GUI interface and stored on the local hard disk. The implementation of the system can effectively solve the problem of interference in the RF ion source test, improve the accuracy of the data acquisition, and provide a more reliable basis for the RF plasma discharge debugging.
