摘 要:机床材料缺陷分布于生产工艺、选材、采购、检验、贮存和使用等各个环节中,为了保证材料质量,进而保证机床产品的质量和可靠性,必须对各种缺陷加以控制。本文在《可靠性工程之材料因素分析与控制(上)》的基础上,较详细地阐述了机床材料因素控制的各个关键点,旨在对保证材料质量、机床产品的质量和可靠性起到指导性的作用。The defects of the machine tool materials are distributed in all sections, such as production process, selection, procurement, inspection, storage and use, etc. In order to ensure the quality of materials, and to ensure the quality and reliability of the machine tool, a variety of defects must be controlled. In this paper, based on the analysis and control of reliability engineering materials (the former), the key points of the material factors control of the machine tools are described in detail.
