摘　　要：为了缩短JACK UP建造周期，减少建造成本，对启东码头区域地质和水文进行勘探和分析，对插桩作业流程行研究和分解，绘制地质垂向承载力图谱，明确插桩／预压载步骤和控制点，特别是对穿刺层的控制进行详细的研究和计算。In order to shorten construction period and decrease construction cost for the jack-up drilling unit, the geological and hydrological conditions of the jacking area are prospected and analyzed, the flow of jacking operation is researched, the vertical bearing capacity diagram is drawn. The step and control point for jacking and preloading are determined.
