摘 要:利用真空熔融浸渍法制备单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)/泡沫金属复合相变材料,并利用纳米石墨片(GnPs)进行改性实验,研究改性后的性能;对复合相变材料进行导热率、SEM、XRD、DSC测试。结果表明,复合相变材料制备过程中无反应,有较好的相容性;有机物较好地吸附在泡沫金属骨架上,经GnPs改性后,在金属孔隙中形成纳米级的层状褶皱结构,提高了吸附性和热导率;复合相变材料的相变潜热随填充量的增大而增大,PPI大的泡沫金属对GMS吸附更好,但是热导率有所降低,GnPs改性后甘油酯的填充量和材料导热系数均有所提高。In this paper,aglycerol monostearate(GMS)/metal foam composite phase change material was prepared by vacuum melting imfiltration,using graphite nanoplatelets(GnPs)modification experiment research on modified performance.And thermal conductivity rate,SEM,XRD,DSC test were used to analyze its thermal storage performance.Results shows no reaction in the process of material preparation,which proved a good compatibility;GMS was good adsorpted on the foam metal skeleton,a nano-sized layered drape structure was found in metal pore formation after modified by GnPs,which improved the ability of adsorption and enhanced thermal conductivity;latent heat of phase change materials increases with the increase of the filling content,high PPI metal foam was better for GMS adsorption,but the thermal conductivity decreased,glyceride filling content and thermal conductivity increased after modified by GnPs.
