摘 要:采用熔融混合的方法,以己二酸为相变材料,添加稀土材料氧化镝为改性剂,制备己二酸相变储热材料。利用FT-IR、DSC、SEM等研究所制备相变储热材料的结构及性能,并通过热循环实验研究其热性能变化规律。结果表明:添加氧化镝后,材料相变温度提高,当氧化镝质量掺量为0.5%时,相变温度为151.2℃,熔化焓值最高,达259.6J/g;经过1 000次循环后,掺有质量分数0.5%氧化镝相变材料的相变焓衰减了11.8%,而纯己二酸的相变焓则衰减了16.0%,添加氧化镝后己二酸相变材料的热性能显著增强。Using adipic acid as phase change materials,adding rare earth material dysprosium oxide as modified agent,adipic acid phase change materials for thermal energy storage were prepared by melting method.The structure and properties of the prepared phase change materials were investigated by FT-IR,DSC,and SEM respectively.Then,the thermal performance of the prepared materials was studied by thermal cycling tests.The experimental results show that the phase change temperature increases when adding dysprosium oxide.The phase change temperature was 151.2℃ with the highest melting enthalpy of 259.6J/g by adding 0.5% dysprosium oxide.While the melting latent heat of pure adipic acid declined by 16.0% after 1 000 cycling tests,and the melting latent heat of phase change materials doped with 0.5% dysprosium oxide declined by 11.8%.After adding dysprosium oxide,the thermal performance of adipic acid will enhanced significantly.
