摘　　要：本文报告应用DIG-ELISA检测64份华支睾吸虫病患者血清抗体,结果阳性反应59份,阳性率92.2％。以S-ELISA作为比较,两法检测结果无显著性差异。实验表明,DIG-ELISA不仅具有S-ELISA敏感、特异的优点,而且方法简便,更适合于现场和基层单位应用。This paper reports the results of detecting antibodies against Clonorchiasis sinensis by diffusion in gel-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (DIG-ELISA) .64 samples of sera of patients with Clonorchiasis sinensis were tested. 59 were positive and the positive rate was 92. 2%. Standard ELISA (S-ELISA) was used as a control and no significant difference was found between DIG-ELISA and S-ELISA. The results indicate that DIG-ELISA not only is sensitive, specific as S-ELISA but also simple and feasible in field-work or in rural area.
