摘 要:采用形态比较、分子系统发育和拆分网络分析等方法,对寄主为蜻蜓的虫生真菌进行分类鉴定。结果显示:该真菌为Hymenostilbe odonatae Kobayasi,主要形态特征为橘黄色孢梗束从寄主周身节间膜和背部长出,长0.4-0.5 cm,宽179-333μm;瓶梗柱状,9.7-14×3.2μm,紧密排列成子实层状,顶部具再育小梗;分生孢子为柱状单生,6.5-9.7×1.1-2.2μm。系统发育分析和进化网络分析也证明该种为蜻蜓层束梗孢,为我国已知种但未被详细描述。A dragonfly entomopathogenic fungus was identified as Hymenostilbe odonatae Kobayasi by using the morphological comparison,molecular phylogeny( ITS1- 5. 8S- ITS2 r DNA sequences) and split network analysis. The main characteristics of the fungus are that the orange synnemata is developed from all body internode membrane and the dorsum of the host is 0. 4- 0. 5 cm long,179- 333 μm wide. The Phialides are cylindrical,9. 7- 14 × 3. 2 μm,arranged closely into hymenium shape,and prolificated with small terrier at the top. Conidia are produced singly,cylindrical,6. 5- 9. 7 × 1. 1- 2. 2 μm. The phylogenic analysis and splits network analysis also proved that the specimens belong to Hymenostilbe odonatae Kobayasi,which had been known from China but there had been no detailed description.
