摘 要:目的:研究藤茶中二氢杨梅素对糖尿病小鼠的降糖降脂作用。方法:一次性尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶(75 mg/kg)建立糖尿病小鼠模型,以二甲双胍为阳性对照,研究二氢杨梅素对糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖、糖耐量、胰岛素和血脂指标的影响。结果:二氢杨梅素中、高剂量(100,150 mg/kg)能使糖尿病小鼠血糖极显著降低,胰岛素升高,改善糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量,且能降低糖尿病小鼠血脂。结论:二氢杨梅素能改善糖尿病小鼠的高血糖症状和糖尿病导致的脂代谢紊乱。Objective:To investigate the effect of dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata on blood glucose and lipids in diabetic mice. Methods: Mice were injected with 75 mg / kg body weight of Alloxan through tail vein to induce diabetic mice. The effects of dihydromyricetin on the fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,insulin and blood lipids were investigated in diabetic mice. Results: Dihydromyricetin(100,150 mg /kg) could reduce the blood glucose very significantly,increase the insulin,improve the glucose tolerance and reduce the lipids in diabetic mice. Conclusion: Dihydromyricetin can improve the symptoms of high blood glucose and hyperlipidemia in diabetes.
