浅谈风电生产管控模式及其信息化建设的一些思路

摘　　要：近年来中国风电装机快速增长，装机规模稳居世界前列，如何对快速增长的风电资产进行有效管理，提升效益，在风电上网电价面临逐步下调的当下，是十分紧迫和重要的课题。风电场效益受选址、机型选择及后期运营管理水平等因素影响，由于选址与机型选配等属于长期性因素，投产后再进行基础性更改不现实，对投产后的风电场通过一定规模、范围的技术改造以提升运营管理水平更具可行性。本文针对区域级风电生产运营管理，在生产组织体系、管理体系构建、风电信息化平台建设等方面提出一些思路。The wind power capacity connected with grid has rapidly grown recently years, which has occupied front position in the world. It＇s an urgent and important subject to manage this huge scale capital of wind power to promote its benefit with the situation of wind power electricity price descending continuously. The benefit of a specific wind farm is affected by location, type of wind turbine and operation level. As the first two influence factors are hardly eliminated after wind farm service, it is a feasible measurement to realize the wish of benefit promotion by a certain scale and range of technical transformation. This paper gives some tentative thoughts aiming at production tissue system, management system construction and information platform construction according to provincial region wind power operation management.
