不同剂量半胱胺对生长育肥猪生长性能的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究半胱胺对生长育肥猪生长性能的影响,并确定半胱胺在生长育肥猪中的最适添加量。选用15 kg左右的“杜×长×大”三元杂交猪60头,采用单因素完全随机设计,共设4组,分为对照组,试验1～3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪。饲养试验分为15～30、30～70、70～110 kg三个阶段。全期对照组只饲喂基础日粮,试验1组三个阶段分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、300 mg/kg半胱胺,试验2组添加150、250、350 mg/kg半胱胺,试验3组添加200、300、400 mg/kg半胱胺。试验结果表明,半胱胺不但可以显著提高育肥猪日增重,降低料重比（P〈0.05）,而且可以适度降低15～30 kg仔猪腹泻率（P〉0.05）。生长育肥猪三个阶段的最适添加量分别为200、250、300 mg/kg。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different doses of cysteamine ongrowing-finishing pigs growth performance and to determine the optimum addition amount of cyste-amine in growing-finishing pigs. Select 60 ＂Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire＂ crossbred pigs with initialweight of 15 kg, by a single factor completely randomized set. A total of four groups were divided, in-cluding the control group, the test group 1～3, with 3 repeats, and five pigs each. Feeding included 15～30 kg, 30～70 kg, 70～110 kg three stages. Control group was fed the basal diet, group 1 in three-stageexperimen were added 100, 200, 300 mg/kg cysteamine based on the basal diet, group 2 was added150, 250, 350 mg/kg cysteamine, group 3 was added 200, 300, 400 mg/kg of cysteamine. The resultsshowed that cysteamine not only can significantly improve the average daily gain, lower feed/gain（P〈0.05）, but also moderately reduce diarrhea rate of 15～30 kg pigs（P〉0.05）. Three stages of growing-fin-ishing pigs optimum addition amount was 200, 250, 300 mg/kg.
