藩篱与突破——刍议数字档案馆的建设与发展

摘　　要：当前我国数字档案馆建设热潮方兴未艾。但是,一些源于既定体制、已有机构设置和传统认识基础之上形成的藩篱在一定程度上限制了数字档案馆的发展。在今后的数字档案馆建设中,应该突破资源建设的藩篱,从数字化档案馆发展为数字的档案馆;突破现有机构的藩篱,从个体性档案馆发展为聚合化档案馆;突破技术应用的藩篱,从数据库建设发展为管理系统应用;突破利用服务的藩篱,从内部性档案馆发展为社会化档案馆;突破思想认识的藩篱,从档案馆的一项工作发展为新型档案机构。只有突破这些既有的藩篱,数字档案馆建设才能取得真正的发展。The construction of digital archives in our country is unfolding. There are some barriers such as established systems, institutional settings and conventional wisdom prevent the development of digital archives. We must break through these barriers in construction of digital archives in the future so that the construction of digital archives could achieve genuine development. We should break through the barriers of resource construction so that prompt digitized archives into digital archives. We should break through the barriers of existing institutions so that prompt individual archives into polymerized archives. We should break through the barriers of technology application from database construction to the application of management system. We should break through the barriers of thinking and prompt the digital archives from a work of archives into new archival institutions.
