摘 要:以异佛尔酮二异氢酸酯(IPDI)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、端羟基聚醚改性硅油(THPDMS)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为主要原料,合成了单NCO封端的聚氨酯预聚物,然后将其接枝到二季戊四醇(Di-PE)核分子上,合成一种新型UV固化超支化水性聚氨酯树脂。通过调节有机硅含量制备出一系列不同有机硅含量乳液及胶膜,对其结构、性能进行表征。实验结果表明,随着有机硅含量增加乳液粒径逐渐增大、分布变宽,胶膜耐水性和热稳定性增强。拉伸强度先增大后降低。The single NCO-terminated polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polycarbonate glycol(PCDL),Terminal hydroxyl polyether modified silicone oil(THPDMS),2,2-dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as the main materials.The single NCO-terminated polyurethane prepolymer was grafted on dipentaerythritol(Di-PE)nuclear molecule,and then a new type of UV curable hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane was synthesized.A series of emulsions and films with different content of THPDMS were obtained.Then the structure and properties was characterized.The results indicated that with the content of THPDMS increase,the particle size of UV-WHPUA emulsion increased and the particle size distribution gradually widened.Water resistance and thermal performance of the films were improved.The tensile strength of films firstly increased and then decreased.
