摘 要:通过乳液聚合法合成无规苯丙乳液,然后与钛酸四丁酯混纺制备含Ti的复合纳米纤维,经高温煅烧成功制备了TiO_2纳米纤维。探讨了在乳液固含量与助纺剂PVA的质量比为8∶1时对在不同的煅烧温度下所得纤维的形貌及TiO_2晶型的影响。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线晶体衍射(XRD)对产物进行了表征。探究了制得的TiO_2纳米纤维在紫外光下对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解活性。Poly(styrene-butyl acrylate)latex was synthesized by emulsion polymerization.Then composite nanofibers containing titanium were prepared by electrospinning of the mixed dispersion of tetrabutyl titanate and the resulted poly(styrene-butyl acrylate)emulsion.TiO_2 nanofibers were prepared after high-temperature calcination.The effects of different calcination temperature on the fiber morphology and the crystal type of TiO_2 were discussed.TiO_2 nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray crystal diffraction(XRD).At last,the photocatalytic activity of TiO_2 nanofibers was explored by degradation of methylene blue under ultraviolet light.
