摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用分散聚合法合成了平均粒径约31.0μm的pH敏感性葡萄糖印迹微凝胶,研究了模板分子/功能单体摩尔比、交联剂用量和引发剂用量对印迹微凝胶葡萄糖吸附性能的影响,考察了印迹微凝胶对葡萄糖与果糖的选择吸附性,并进行了Scatchard模型分析。结果表明:各因素对印迹微凝胶葡萄糖吸附性能的影响类似,微凝胶对葡萄糖的吸附量均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,制备的印迹微凝胶对葡萄糖具有选择吸附性,Scatchard模型分析表明印迹微凝胶存在两种不同的结合位点。The pH sensitive glucose imprinted microgels were synthesized by dispersion polymerization with methacrylic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate as functional monomers,and ethylene glycol dimethylacrylate as cross-linking agent.The mean size of microgels was about 31.0μm.The effects of template molecule/functional monomer mole ratio,crosslinker and initiator dosages on the glucose adsorption of microgels were studied.The selecting adsorption between glucose and fructose of microgels was investigated.The results showed that all the main factors had similar influence on the glucose adsorption,and the adsorption capacity increased firstly and then decreased.The microgels had the selective adsorption for glucose.There existed two kinds of binding sites in the microgels by the analysis of Scatchard model.
