摘  要:用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热失重法(TG)研究了两种含不同粘结剂的CL-20基发射药的热分解性能,用Kissinger法和Ozawa法计算了热分解相关的动力学参数。结果表明:两种CL-20基发射药分解过程相似,热分解曲线均由两个放热峰组成;并且升温速率越低,试样热分解反应的起始温度和峰温越低;用Kissinger法和Ozawa法得到的活化能(E)值结果相一致。The thermal decomposition behavior of two kinds of different binders of CL-20-base gun-propellant were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetriy(TG).The kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition were calculated by the Kissinger and Ozawa methods.The results showed that the thermal decomposition process of CL-20-base gun-propellant was similar,and the thermal decomposition curves were composed of two exothermic peak.The lower heating rate of sample,the lower reaction initiation temperature and the peak temperature of thermal decomposition behavior.The thermal decomposition results obtained by Kissinger method was about same as the Ozawa method.
