摘  要:用原位聚合法在SiO_2/PEG中掺杂纳米Ag,制备了Ag-SiO_2/PEG导热增强型复合相变储能材料,通过XRD、FT-IR、同步热分析仪和热导率测试仪等对复合材料的晶体结构、热导率、相变潜热等性能进行表征。研究结果表明:纳米Ag掺杂对SiO_2/PEG结构没有影响,随着纳米Ag掺杂的量增,热导率提高。当纳米Ag掺杂质量比为6%时,导热系数0.4315W/m·k,比PEG6000提高46.37%,比SiO_2/PEG提高40.14%;相变潜热为121.24J/g,热稳定性高达330℃,无挥发,无分解。Ag-SiO_2/PEG phase change energy storage composite which thermal conductivity enhanced and form stable was prepared by means of in-situ polymerization.XRD,FT-IR,simultaneous thermal analyzer(DSCTG)and quick thermal conductivity meter were used to characterize the crystal structure and analyzed thermal performance,such as thermal conductivity,phase change latent heat,thermostability and so on.The results showed that doping of nano Ag had no effect on the structure of Ag-SiO_2/PEG,whereas improved thermal conductivity of hybrid PCM significantly.With 6%mass fraction of nano Ag,thermal conductivity of Ag-SiO_2/PEG was 0.4315W/m·k,which was enhanced by 46.37%compared to pure PEG and 40.14%to SiO_2/PEG,and the phase change enthalpy of Ag-SiO_2/PEG reached 121.24J/g.The hybrid PCM had excellent thermal stability under 330℃ and great form stable performance.
