摘 要:在不同的温度条件下,选用不同浓度的酸(盐酸、磷酸)及强氧化剂(KMnO_4)对PPS纤维进行化学处理,并通过表观形态观测和力学性能保持率表征聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维的化学稳定性。结果表明,室温条件下,经低浓度的盐酸、磷酸及KMnO_4溶液处理后,PPS纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率略有增大。在93℃高温条件下,磷酸可改善纤维的力学性能,而KMnO_4溶液使纤维的力学性能下降。此外,表观形态结果表明,相同条件下KMnO_4溶液对PPS纤维的损伤远大于盐酸、磷酸溶液,但纤维的力学性能保持率仍在60%~70%,PPS纤维具有良好的化学稳定性。Under different conditions,acids(hydrochloric acid,phosphoric acid),alkali(NaOH)and oxidant(KMnO_4)was employed to treat PPS fibers,and the chemical stability of PPS fibers was characterized by apparent morphological observation and retention rate of mechanical properties.The results showed that after treated by hydrochloric acid,phosphoric acid and KMnO_4 solutions,the breaking tenacity and elongation at break of fiber were slightly increased.While at 93℃,the mechanical property of fiber can be improved after treated by phosphoric acid and NaOH solution,which decreased by hydrochloric acid and KMnO_4 solution.In addition,the damage of KMnO_4 solution to fiber was much more serious than those of hydrochloric acid,phosphoric acid and sodium hydroxide,but retention rate of mechanical property was still 60%~70%.Thus,PPS fibers showed good chemical stability.
