摘 要:支撑横梁作为钢板热处理前标识设备的主要支撑部件,其强度、刚度和稳定性直接影响着标示效果。运用Pro/ENGINEER软件设计并建立了横梁结构的三维模型,根据支撑横梁的实际受力情况,设置相应的载荷和边界条件,建立起横梁基于ANSYS Workbench的有限元模型,对横梁进行了两种极限工况下的静强度分析和模态分析,计算出其最大变形、最大应力和前8阶模态频率,经校核横梁可以较好地满足强度要求。为了使横梁达到轻量化的目标,应用多目标优化及响应曲面相结合的方法,以质量轻和1阶固频高为优化目标,以强度、刚度要求为约束条件,完成了横梁结构的优化设计,结果表明:优化后的横梁结构依旧满足强度、刚度及稳定性要求,总质量降低了36.97%。The supporting beam,as the main supporting parts of steel plate marking machine before heat teatment,its intensity,stiffness,and stability directly affect the marking effect. The 3D model of the beam was built by Pro/ENGINEER.The loads and boundary conditions were set according to the actual load condition of beam and the finite element model was built based on ANSYS Workbench. Then the two kinds of limiting working condition of the static strength and modal analysis of the beam were done,working out the maximum deformation,stress and the first 8 mode frequency. After checking,it could satisfy the requirement of intensity well. For the purpose of light weight,the optimization design of beam was done by multiobjective optimization and surface response method,which aimed at the lower weight and higher first natural frequency,and under the conditions of intensity and stiffness require. The result shows that the beam after optimizing still satisfy the requirement of intensity,rigidity and stability,total mass has reduced 36.97%.
