摘 要:为了研究轧机系统的垂扭耦合振动特性,建立了基于混合摩擦模型的轧机垂扭耦合振动模型,给出了耦合振动微分方程,探讨了轧制过程中相关参数的相互影响关系,建立了轧机垂扭两系统相互耦合的关系框图,并对其结果进行仿真分析。通过改变混合摩擦系数的相关项来探讨其对轧机垂扭耦合系统的影响,得到了混合摩擦系数的一个失稳临界值。讨论了轧机主传动扭转振动系统对垂直振动系统的耦合影响,并对其原因进行了分析。对进一步研究轧机系统垂扭耦合振动问题具有一定的参考价值。In order to study the vibration characteristics of vertical-torsion coupling system of rolling mill,a rolling mill vertical-torsion coupling vibration model based on a mixed friction model had been established,and the coupled vibration differential equation was given,the relationship between the interaction parameters of the rolling process had been explored,and a block diagram of the coupled relationship between vertical and torsional system of rolling mill was established,and the results were simulated and analyzed. By changing the related items of the mixed friction coefficients to discuss its impact on the vertical-torsion coupling system of rolling mill,it obtained an instability critical value of the mixed friction coefficients.Discussed the coupled impact of the main drive torsion system on the vertical vibration system,and its reasons were analyzed.It has a certain reference value for further studying the vibration problems of vertical-torsion coupling system of rolling mill.
