摘  要:自走式肉羊饲喂机的关键工作部件—螺旋叶片与料箱半圆底板分别与空心轴体和料箱侧壁采用焊接方式连接,焊接方式保证了零部件连接的可靠性,但为后期零部件的拆卸与更换带来了困难,该文采用TRIZ理论研究了螺旋叶片与轴体以及料箱半圆底板与料箱侧壁连接方式的"物-场"模型,完成了其结构的创新设计。利用"技术冲突解决原理"分析并解决了实现螺旋叶片便捷拆卸所带来的空心轴体材料浪费问题,确定了螺旋叶片便捷拆卸最终设计方案。利用改进前后两种方案对螺旋叶片和半圆底板进行拆卸与更换,对比产生的费用和耗费时间发现,改进后新方案较原方案节省了拆卸与更换时间和费用,提高了维修效率,为自走式肉羊饲喂机的推广与使用奠定了良好的基础。The crucial working parts of the self-propelled sheep feeding machine,helical blades and feed box semicircle bottom plate are respectively connected with shaft body and feed box sidewall by welding,it is a good way to ensure the reliability of the parts,but this connection makes it difficult to remove the parts.This paper gives the research on the"substance-field"model of the connection about helical blades and shaft body,feed box semicircle bottom and feed box sidewall by TRIZ theory,finishing the structure innovation design. At the same time,it uses the"technology conflict resolution principle"of TRIZ to analyze and solve the material waste problem created by implementing the helical blades' convenient disassembly design,finishing the final design. Disassemble the helical blades and feed box semicircle bottom and hopper sidewall by the old way and the new way,compare the demolition costs and time-consuming,the new way can save more costs and time than the old way,improving the maintenance efficiency,laying a good foundation for the promotion and use of the self-propelled sheep feeding machine.
