摘 要:基于对某造船厂所使用的多辊卷板机进行改造,并以改造后设备控制系统作为研究对象,通过对卷板机液压同步系统进行控制,设计了一套完整的液压比例闭环控制系统,由于卷板机机械设备老化造成的系统误差,两侧压机不能保证同步进行,压板南北两侧曲率半径存在差异,在此基础上设计了液压卷板机智能同步控制系统,通过对比例同步控制系统进行数学建模和仿真分析,验证了系统设计的可行性,改善了同步系统性能,提高了产品质量。In this paper,Based on equipment reforming of more than one roller crimper used by a shipyard,and the equipment control system was used as the research object. Through to control the hydraulic synchronous system of crimper,designed a set of complete hydraulic proportional closed loop control system. Ageing of the hydraulic crimper equipment caused system errors,both size of press can not guarantee synchronization,there were differences in the curvature radius between north and south on both sides of the pressure plate. On this basis,intelligent synchronizing control system of hydraulic crimper was designed in this paper. And mathematical modeling and simulation analysis was carried out on the proportional synchronization control system,verified the feasibility of system design. Finally,improved the synchronizing system performance,raised product quality.
