摘　　要：文章着重介绍的支架型PCB,是一种超小间距、基于固晶平面技术、精确点胶技术的全彩LED模组(COB,Chip-on-board,即电路板上封装RGB芯片)所用的PCB,其性能可以有效避免传统SMD点阵模组产品的的缺陷。The article introduces a supportive model PCB in details.This type of PCB is used by a fullcolor LED module that has super short distance,and accurate dispensing technology.The performance can solve the problems caused by traditional SMD module products.
