摘　　要：基于国家助学贷款政策实施后出现的信用危机而探讨的大学生信用档案建设问题是一个伪命题,存在着对其必要性和可行性缺乏充分论证、将信用档案与人事档案相提并论、扩大建档对象、夸大信用档案的作用、无视《个人信用信息基础数据库》的存在等问题。《个人信用信息基础数据库》面向中国所有公民采集信用信息,获得国家助学贷款的大学生自然被纳入该数据库。It was a false proposition to discuss the undergraduate credit archives construction based on the credit crisis after the implementation of national student loan policy,which existed some problems such as lack of sufficient argument for the necessity and feasibility,bracketing the personnel archives and credit archives,expanding the objects of credit archives,exaggerating the functions of credit archives,ignoring the existence of personal credit information database.This database collected credit information of all citizens in China,including the college students obtaining national student loans,which meant colleges were ineligible and unnecessary to establish undergraduate credit archives.
