摘　　要：产学研联盟内部知识转移不仅是企业技术进步的重要条件,也是企业发展的关键所在。基于产方和学研方合作视角,将影响产学研联盟内部知识转移的因素分为知识本身的特性、产学研各方的组织文化、产学研各方的认知能力、激励因素、政府因素5个方面,最终为保证产学研联盟内部知识转移的顺利进行提出有针对性的知识转移机制,包括:沟通机制、激励机制、政府扶持机制。The knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance is not only the important condition of enterprise technology progress,but also the key to enterprise development.Based on the cooperate perspective of industry and university-research,the influence factors of knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance are divided into five aspects that the characteristics of knowledge itself,the organizational culture,cognitive ability,motivating factors and government factors in five aspects.In order to ensure the knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance smoothly,the targeted knowledge transfer mechanism is put forward,including：communication mechanism,incentive mechanism and government support mechanism.
