优质护理服务在小儿输液室的应用效果

摘　　要：目的对小儿输液室患者采取优质护理服务,观察其应用效果。方法选择在小儿输液室治疗的的患者100例,按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规护理,对试验组患者进行优质护理服务。比较2组患者的治疗效果,从责任心、护理水平、服务态度、健康教育、风险意识5个方面对护理人员进行评价,并对护理满意度进行分级并比较。结果试验组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(96%比72%,P<0.05)。试验组护理人员责任心、工作水平、服务态度、健康教育、风险意识5个方面的好评率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组(100%比82%,P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务为小儿输液室患者提供全面的服务,可取得高效的治疗有效率,并可得到患者的广泛好评及高度护理满意度。Objective To observe the efficacy of high quality nursing service in pediatric transfusion.Methods One hundred patients treated in pediatric transfusion room were randomly assigned to receive either routine nursing（control group,n=50）or high quality nursing（experimental group,n=50）.The responsibility sense,nursing level,service attitude,health education and risk awareness were evaluated in both groups.Moreover,the curative efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group（96% vs 72%,P〈0.05）.In addition,compared with control group,the rates of high praise for responsibility sense,nursing level,service attitude,health education and risk awareness and patient satisfaction with nursing care were significantly increased in experimental group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing provides comprehensive services for pediatric transfusion,improves curative efficacy,achieved extensive praise,and increases patient satisfaction with nursing care.
