摘 要:为了保证中药材的药效并提高生产效率,设计了一种微波真空干燥医药浸膏新型工艺设备。通过对中药浸膏的物质特性、干燥要求、微波真空干燥原理的分析,设计了微波真空干燥室、筒体、门体、物料系统。在总体方案的基础上,对主要结构参数进行了计算,并生产了一套试验设备,进行了脱水率试验。该新型工艺设备功效提高,成本降低,体积大大减小,药效保留多,且具有杀菌功能,特别适合于中成药生产行业。In order to ensure the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicines and improve production efficiency, the design of a new model of process unit is designed that use microwave vacuum technique to dry the pharmaceutical extracts. By analyzing material properties drying requirements of the Chinese medicine extracts and drying principle via microwave vacuum technique, the microwave vacuum drying chamber, cylinder, door and material flow system are designed. On the basis of the overall scheme, the main structural parameters are calculated while developing a set of test equipment to test its dehydration rate. The new model of process equipment featuring improved efficiency, reduced costs, compact in size, more reservations of drug effect and bactericidal function is especially suitable for medicine production industry.
