摘　　要：根据异步电动机在实际生产中的故障发生情况,介绍了六诊诊断故障的诊断步骤和判断故障的思路和方法,阐述了如何对故障进行分区划块、缩小范围,提高故障诊断的准确度和诊断效率。在生产中能有效的排除异步电动机的故障。according to the asynchronous motor faults in in practical production conditions, and introduces the six clinical diagnosis fault diagnostic procedures and judge fault the thought and method, this paper expatiated on the fault partition, narrow range sound control panel, improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and the diagnostic efficiency. In the production of asynchronous motor can effectively ruled out of the fault.
