摘 要:为了快速、高效地建立TBM刀盘系统有限元模型,在对刀盘系统的细小和次要结构进行合理简化的前提下,设置了能够反映刀盘系统结构特征和尺寸的51个可变参数,提出了刀盘面板、滚刀组合及刀盘系统整体的有限元模型构建方法,基于ANSYS的APDL语言开发了TBM刀盘系统有限元参数化建模程序,并指出了建模过程中应该注意的技术问题。以面板刀孔尺寸干扰为例介绍了参数合理性甄别问题,并对边滚刀定位尺寸进行了深入研究。该程序可以实现各类常规TBM刀盘系统有限元模型的快速构建,为类似复杂结构有限元模型的参数化建模提供了行之有效的方法。In order to establish the finite element models of TBM cutter-head systems quickly and efficiently, some simplifications were made to the mini and unimportant structures of the cutter head. Fifty-one variable parameters which can describe the structural characteristics and the controlling sizes of the cutter head were selected. A method was put forward for establishing the finite element models of the cutter panel, hobs, as well as the whole cutter head system. The corresponding parametric modeling program was compiled based on APDL language provided by ANSYS. Some technical problems that should be paid attention in the process of modeling were pointed out. The identification of the parameter′s rationality was showed by the example of contradiction of the cutter hole sizes. And the location of edge hobs was studied in detail. This program could create finite element models of conventional TBM cutter head systems quickly. It provided an effective method for parametric modeling of finite element models of similar complex structures.
