摘  要:针对反应釜中高温通过传动轴的热传导致使磁传动中轴承和內磁损坏的问题,对传动轴采取了冷却措施并进行理论计算。首先建立传动轴物理模型,根据建模条件求解温度分布函数,提供传动轴冷却装置的设计依据,再通过实例具体介绍设计计算方法及过程,并对计算过程进行可视化编程、温度场模拟及传动轴实测温度与理论计算温度曲线比较,均验证当前采用的冷却措施是有效可行的,可为实际生产提供详实的理论依据。In order to solve the damage problems of magnetic drive bearings and inner magnets in the reaction kettle caused by heat conduction, the transmission shaft was taken a cooling method and theoretical analysis. Firstly, physical transmission shaft model was built. Then, the temperature distribution function was solved based on m conditions. The design consideration of transmission shaft cooling device was provided by calculation of practical example. Visual programming of the calculation process and the simulation of temperature field were carried out. The theoretical temperature curves and practical measurement were compared. All these studies confirmed that the cooling measurement applied currently was feasible and effective. This could provide theoretical basis for practical productions.
