摘　　要：成立多学科协作质量控制小组,遵循PDCA循环原理,对2013年5月-2014年3月儿科血液标本回退原因进行分析,找出主要原因并制定针对性改进对策,从加强护士培训、完善工作指引、加强沟通与交流、落实督导与反馈等4方面进行改进。血液标本回退率从1.2%降低到0.64%,提高了护理质量。The multidisciplinary quality control team was established to analyze rollback causes of blood specimens in De- partment of Pediatrics following the principle of PDCA cycle from May 2013 to March 2014. The main causes were identified and targeted improvement measures were developed, and four aspects were improved which included strengthening of nurse training, improving work guidelines, strengthening communication, implementation of monitoring and feedback. Blood samples rollback rate was decreased from 1.2% to 0.64%, which achieved the continuous improvement of nurse care quality.
