Application of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis in the Prevention of Occupational Exposure among Interventional Doctors in Department of Cardiology

摘　　要：应用失效模式与效果分析,结合根本原因分析,找出介入手术流程中的所有失效模式及潜在风险原因,计算事先风险数值,制定并实施有效的防范措施。改进后,心内科介入医生职业暴露发生率由42.86%降低到7.14%(P<0.05),RPN值由1 593.94分下降至611.03分,有效避免了介入医生职业暴露的发生。Combined with root causes analysis, the failure mode and effect analysis （FMEA） was used to analyze all the failure modes and potential risks causes, risk priority number （ RPN ） was calculated and effective precautionary measures were formulated and implemented. After the intervention, the incidence of occupational exposure was significantly reduced from 42. 86% to 7.14% （ P 〈0.05 ） , and RPN was reduced from 1593.94 to 611.03. The occupational exposure of interventional doctors was effectively prevented.
