摘　　要：医技检查相关问题是影响术前住院日的主要因素。对此,着重分析超声、核磁、CT检查对术前住院日的影响,优化超声及核磁检查流程,落实绩效考核和激励,有效缩短了手术科室术前平均住院日,提高了床位使用效率,节约了住院病人费用,提升了病人满意度。Qualitative analysis showed that medical examination related problems were the main factors affecting preopera- tive length of stay. Therefore, the effect of ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, CT examination on preoperative length of stay was analyzed, which found that process improvement was the only way to improve work efficiency with no additional equipment and personnel. Optimization of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging examination process and implementation of perform- ance evaluation and incentives could effectively shorten preoperative length of stay in surgical departments, improve efficiency of beds use, save cost of inpatients, and improve patient＇ s satisfaction.
