纸介版与电子版不良事件上报途径对比分析

摘　　要：结合工作实际,从上报载体、上报流程、处理流程、统计分析4方面,对纸介版与电子版不良事件上报途径的优缺点进行比较。电子版不良事件上报更有利于医院管理工作改进。同时,对不良事件工作中仍存在的问题进行了阐述。Based on practice, the advantages and disadvantages of paper copies and electronic version of adverse events re- porting approaches were compared from four aspects, including the reporting carrier, reporting procedure, processing, and statisti- cal analysis. The electronic＇, version of adverse events reporting can help to improve hospital management. Furthermore, the exis- ted problems were further elaborated.
