摘　　要：分析了国内医院HIS系统在资源管理方面的问题,借鉴企业ERP成功经验,建立了适合医院自身需求的HRP信息系统。比对ERP与HRP之间的关联,重点介绍了HRP系统的实践方法,实施过程中易出现的问题以及系统应用效果,以期为现代医院资源计划管理及可持续发展提供借鉴。The paper analyzed the bottleneck in resources management in HIS system in domestic hospital. The HRP infor- mation system suitable for hospital＇s own needs was implied by using the success experience of enterprises ERP implementation. The relationship between the two was compared. The paper also introduced the function module design of the system and the work before the implementation, analyzed with emphasis the implementation method of the system, errors existed in system implementa- tion process, and system application results, which provided reference for modem hospital resource planning management and sus- tainable development.
