摘  要:针对西X线与西Y线天然气独立管道事故频繁、停输断供等问题,详细调研了国内外长输气并行管道跨接现状以及先进技术,设计的四种跨接方案在西X线与西Y线并行管道上进行了应用。研究表明,随着跨接阀数量增多,跨接阀数量与年系统降量呈反比,系统年失效频率增加,年挽回的损失气量相应降低,导致挽回的损失气量与增加投资的比值变小。四种方案挽回的损失气量与增加投资的比值分别为0、0.313×10~4、0.057×10~4、0.023×104m^3/万元,方案二为两座站间设置1座跨接阀室,性价比最高,方案存在一个最优的跨接阀数量。仅从这四种方案选择,建议在西X线与西Y线站间采用阀前、阀后均设跨接管的方案,不仅能提高管道事故应急调配能力,而且又能保障整个管道系统的供气可靠性,该方案较为高效、经济、合理。In view of the west X and west Y independent natural gas pipeline frequent accidents and shutdown or broken problems, detailed investigation of the current domestic and foreign situation of gas parallel pipeline is important,the four jumper schemes were designed and applied in parallel pipeline of the west X and Y. The research showed that: the more quantity of cross- over, the less proportional system drop volume, in reverse, which increased frequency of system failure,the loss of volume reduced and it lead to irreversible loss of volume and the investment ratio was smaller.The ratio of four solutions to restore the loss of volume and the increase of investment respectively: 0, 0.313, 0.057, 0.023, a crossover valve was set between two stations in the second scheme, which was the highest costeffective,the optimal number of cross-over valve was exist,from the scheme selection,the scheme was suggested that the cross-over plan was set respectively in before the valve and after the valve between the west X and Y,not only can improve the ability of pipeline accident emergency deployment, but also can safeguard the supply reliability of pipeline system,which is more efficient,economic and reasonable.
