摘　　要：针对大庆油田采油六厂管理需求,面对大量新投入的油水井急需应用信息数字化巡检模式进行管理。油水井数据采集巡检系统由手持设备数据采集模块、巡检回放模块、数据管理模块3部分组成。本系统结合目前油田设备巡查管理、生产参数采集工作的实际情况,采用射频自动识别技术、移动办公技术、地理信息技术等对所辖区域公共设施进行巡逻和检查,以保证线路、设备、设施的正常可靠运行。该系统的开发和应用,提高了油水井数据采集巡检的协同性和自动化水平,强化了油水井定位和油水井采集数据的标准化程度,具有广泛的应用推广价值。According to the sixth oil extraction plant of Daqing oilfield management requirements,facing the fact that lots of new oil and water wells which need information digitalization inspection to manage.Data acquisition and inspection system for oil and water wells includes three parts：PDA data acquisition module,inspection playback module,data management module. This system combined with the actual situation of the oilfield equipment inspection management,production parameters collection,using RFID automatic identification technology, mobile office technology, geographic information technology and regional public facilities under the jurisdiction of patrol and inspection,to ensure the normal operation of the circuit,equipment and facilities.The development and application of this system enhance the collaborative and automation level of oil well data acquisition and inspection,strengthen the oil and water wells location and oil wells data acquisition of standardization,the system has extensive application value.
