摘　　要：基于我国经济新常态大背景下,文章创新性地将直觉模糊数方法运用于我国城镇居民人均收入翻番研究:比较我国与世界部分国家或地区的人均收入现状及排名情况,总结国内外学者关于提高人均收入的研究现状;探索多属性直觉模糊数集的理论用于人均收入翻番可能度的研究方法,构建我国人均收入翻番的多属性直觉模糊数模型;运用近10年城镇居民人均全年家庭总收入数据,综合多种经济发展指标确定2002年至2011年的直觉模糊数,估计2002年至2011年的10年人均收入翻番直觉模糊数可能度,证实2011年比2002年的10年人均收入翻番,预测2020年比2010年的10年人均收入翻番的直觉模糊数可能度。In the context of China＇s economy entering into a new normal,this paper applies innovatively the intuitionisticfuzzy number method to the study of the per capita income of urban residents doubled in China. The study includes： Compar-ing the per capita income status and ranking between China and some countries or regions in the world,and summarizing theresearch status of domestic and foreign scholars on raising per capita income;Exploring the research methods which apply thetheory of multi attribute intuitionistic fuzzy set to the possible degree of per capita income doubled,and building the multi attri-bute intuitionistic fuzzy number model of China＇s per capita income doubled;Selecting China＇s per capita annual householdincome data of urban residents in recent 10 years,integrating a variety of economic development indicators to determine the in-tuitionistic fuzzy numbers from 2002 to 2011,estimating the possible degree of intuitionistic fuzzy number of per capita in-come doubled in 10 years from 2002 to 2011,confirming per capita income in 2011 doubled that in 2002,and predicting thepossible degree of intuitionistic fuzzy number of per capita income doubled in 10 years from 2010 to 2020.
